Today, I had to attend my friend's father funeral. Cardiac arrest. Haix. All I could tell him was chill because I know how it feels to lost something. At the funeral, I couldn't believe that this guy said what shouldn't be said in a funeral. He just don't know when or what to talk is it? We all really got angry and I'm sure that person is going to be in deep shit.
Anyway, since this was all the sudden, I actually made plans with Sophie for photo-shoot, yeah, finally. Lucky there was any rush. Got there in time. Kris and her boyfriend, Scott, was there. Then Sophie took her photos of Scott (Model), Kris was playing this game, Plants Vs Zombie. It's a puzzle and small kids' game but it's kinda fun. I was promoted by Kris to "Partner In Crime", as we went fighting the zombies with plants =D
Sophie was done so we head for lunch, finally. I haven't met the dining table since last night so I was pretty hungry. Sophie became the model for this guy so she didn't go. Headed to New World Park and met my senior which knows Scott and Kris also. Small world =D
After awhile, we head back to the college and Kris' model, Sandra, came. Then it's my turn to play Plants Vs Zombies! Ending up discussing strategy with Sandra's boyfriend (Whatever his name is). We were so attached to the game, Sandra got angry at her boyfriend because he was asked to buy food for her. Played until Kris finishes and head home =D
Brought Sophie home just to get 7 Beau Bristow's song! FINALLY! I patiently had to wait for sooooooooooo long. I love the song and if you read the post below, that's his lyric =D Go hear from Youtube or something because I made a promise not to distribute the song although I force to send it to me =D Well, it's not Sophie so don't bother and nobody no who is her by her English name! Muahaha!
Enjoy,
Last words are meant to be said when you're really going to die because people will surely remember it.
I got the picture we took with Beau Bristow but it's blur. I don't mind putting up but it's so laggy.
Anyway, here's the lyric for his song, Look At The Stars.
I grab my jacket, but I'm pretty sure I won't need it
Still a week to St. Patrick's, but it feels like May
Gotta 34 stack of quarters, and I know a show that 40 would cover,
And so I check my coat to discover, there's 6 more tucked away
Could it get any better just
Look at the stars, they fall in line tonight
Look at the stars, spread out your hands, never felt the world so light
Look at the stars, they fall
Look at the stars, they fall
Look at the stars, they fall in line
Got a car full of moonlight, down the hill it's a good sight
With the green winks in a straight line, I never touched the brakes
And I met a sweet set of blue eyes, while I wait at the back of a short line
Is it fate the last two seats are side by side, I'm gonna call this grace
Could it get any better just...
Today it was dreadful and tomorrow might get worse, oh oh,
But I let it go for now cause for now, yeah some how the world just works
Sign Me Up
What am I doing here?" Says an inner voice, that reads my choice,
And adds aside, that I've lost my mind, cause my class was left but I turned right.
But I've seen her here before
So will she show in time to justify, what's sure to buy me tardy number four
Cause all I need's a smile and "hi"
And I'd go wherever you'd take me,
I'm with you to anywhere at all
Your tears could never escape me,
I'd be there to catch them as they fall
The glass shoe fits, and I'd prove it,
Cause my heart will always have enough
So if you need someone to love you,
Baby just sign me up
I get a phone call, and my heart skips two, so I know that it's you,
Saying the day gone by needs a cookie-bakin' night, and you've got some left,
If I want they're mine
So I drop by, and it's getting late, still got a lot to do,
But you're looking so cute, in your pink pajama suite that I just can't help but stay
Then I see the rain drops in your eyes, your big brown eyes and I know that...
So tell me where do I apply, to be the man that I don't see here by your side
Won't you show me, show me, the dotted line.
Don't Get Too Close To Me.
Hey how ya doin'
How long has it been
Tell me your story
But keep it nice and thin
Cause I've got an ear to provide
If you'll be content with the outside of me
Can't let you touch all that's inside
Don't get too close to me,
Don't get too close to me
Can't let me feel what I can't hide
Don't get too close to me,
Don't get too close to me
How 'bout this weather
How's your mom and dad
I like you hair short like this
I guess it must be easier to have
You can fill in the blanks
With meaningless phrases we both say...
I'm superficial, it's all that I know
I'm not sure, I've got the strength to begin
To let you see in between all the rest of me
Trapped behind 20 years of skin
I know, I know this intimate disaster
I know, I know that all it takes is time
I know, I know my heart is wrapped in plaster
I know, I know your arms are open wide...
My new created poem.... Hope you like it =D
The Frozen Second
Once,
I really wanted to know,
What love was....
But love is always there,
When you want it to be,
Hidden between the moments,
And seconds of your life....
You just have to know that it's,
Wrapped in beauty so unimaginable,
Filled with hopes and dreams....
Knowing that it might not be,
Happening ever again,
And if you don't stop for a minute,
You might just miss it....
Today, had my final presentation for English, my most strongest subject. Bad thing is, didn't prepare the presentation powerslide and only had 3 hours to finish everything. Then I freaking realized, even my own speech didn't do. Others already did but mine is spontaneous, still, I need a script. Never had rehearsal and never had timing practice so we don't know when to press the buttons for the speaker. So, we booked a room in the library, grab a marker pen, write everything down. Set the presentation, even went out for lunch (Nice....) then head back. Presentation is at 1 so we quickly came and reached there late. Didn't had time to put our group picture behind but our group was last, so, manage to put the picture =D
During some of the other group's presentation, a lot of people copied my style of talking. And they even admitted to me =.=" Too bad I delivered a bad presentation this time. And of all the time! Acting as their group leader also, had to keep up with their works and I did this at this time! Screw it man......
Then too bad didn't take our video of our presentation, I was so stunned that the timing of my speaking and the powerpoint was totally out and it was the worst among everyone. I just tried speaking but the words just won't come out. All because I didn't know what to talk. Towards the end, Miss Annie, for the first time, told us that our group didn't perform well. Out of 5 times, this final is the only one we didn't succeed. Luckily, she gave us all 9.5/10 for our group presentation and 8.4/10 because she know I could do well. Seriously, I just jammed and threw my small script that I never even use. Sorry guys, it's by all means, we are lucky to still be the best in our group and I still got top 2, losing to Nahvin by a mere point of 0.1!
I dreamed that we would be over-shinning the others but I guess we didn't. My biggest regret for this month. Hopefully we will do better next time. Bye!

To my group members, (from left), Vikesh, myself, Yoong Sin, Chun Boon and Nahvin. We did our best and we surely can do better, too bad it's the end. Still, our group motto, 'YOU CAN DO IT!' will live in our hearts because we are just damn good of a convincer =D
I was eating ramen today and I was thinking, "What is the best 3-full course dinner?". So that's why I made a list of my best =D
Appetizer: A rich and fresh coleslaw, fruit coleslaw with tasty fresh young honeydew, soft and creamy. Yummyyy... In addition, have a fruit that is not too sweet or sour like rambutans, mangoes, papaya, etc.
Main Course: It must be spicy and here's when the food with cheeses and garlic comes. I good hot spicy fried ramen with egg would do the trick. Cut with a piece of either lamb steak or eel and placed it at the edge of the plate. Top it with decent amount of fine cheese (Only for the steak). A delighting normal mushroom soup (no meat or vegie) with really fine pepper and basil leaves or spring onions as soup. Then another plate, put green lettuce to clear the taste. All dishes must be eaten separately and must eat the green lettuce every time you change dishes. A glass of wine from a good vineyard and excellent year, must be from at least France or Scotland standard. Even a nice sparkling juice will enhance the taste.
Desserts: When you think of dessert, there is surely ice-cream involved. A nice standard chocolate fondue, with ice-cream of many favour, strawberry as dipper. To top it off, a nice simple honeydew sago. To end it, my favour, cold (I don't know why), bird-nest, from it's finest quality. After all this, drink a nice chill (chill, not very cold) iced lemon tea.
There you have it, bon appetit =D
Putting sadness aside from yesterday, I woke up surprisingly alright. Never had a good sleep in ages. Woke up about 3pm, nice sleep =D
Things ain't being good to me on my side. Got so tensed up with exams, especially when I manage to answer the hardest topic in Maths and totally forgotten the easier ones! I couldn't believe I became a Maths genius (lol) again. It's fun to solve Maths questions =D
Anyway, on Friday, I watched this show =D

YES! HARRY POTTER! This show is amazing but a little lack of details compared to the book. One thing you need to expect from this show, there is lack of actions so I take that into consideration. It's now more to lovey dovey here and there. I expected better but this sequel is by far better than the rest indeed. 9.5/10 because of the lovey dovey part, kinda lame and NOT AT ALL romantic.
I got kinda emotional when I went to this year's Bon Odori. So, I figured this poem when I looked at the firework display.
This beauty reminded me of imperfection,
Something I lost in the year,
That cannot compared to any achievement,
Because during that time,
I lost a heart,
I lost my soul,
I lost a body,
All because I;
Made a mistake I cannot correct,
Left with an anger I cannot suppress,
Doings that can't be undo,
Words that I can't take back,
Simply because of myself,
And that I'm fading,
Slowly and painful,
But pain is not a factor,
Because I would smile everyday,
And live on with this regret.
Goodnight.....
Yes, finally did it! Our last rehearsal and then it's the real presentation! My group by far, has been improving since day 1 and haven't been stopping since =D We are the best in our group, our lecturer admitted but I feel that we can still improve. Then when we learn all our mistakes, we finally applied it on our last topic, Nature's of Pollution.
It started off that our 2 members didn't come for class, so it's up to Nahvin, Vikesh and me. I started off with a introduction and reach to Nahvin with a superb pointer. Vikesh did very passively today, lack of strength and determination. When it reached to me, I just talked over for the absent members. When it went with the conclusion, I slowly put aside my paper and said:
Remind yourself, what we just said, benefits not only the mother nature, but mankind too. There is more than meets the eye when it comes to our survival. God has given us the mind and resources to overcome solutions, this is one of it! Take some volunteering group for example, Tsu Chi, they are doing their part!? Even the body movement or clubs such as Scouts, Lion Club, they are all volunteers that helped the environment. Doing their part as a citizen, no, as people of Earth, doing their part to make the Earth a better place to live in! Bit by bit does little but a mountain shall be formed. Action speaks louder than words so act now before it’s too late! I know that many had tried, many had failed but bear in mind that, "Failing a thousand times doesn't mean you had failed, it only meant that you found a thousand ways to fail". Lastly, I would like to say, save our environment, for everyone’s good. Do your part and you will know that feeling.... You can do it! Thank you.
I gave a lot of feelings into this presentation and my lecture point out, "Donovan, you telling gave me goose pimples", who knows what that is? Anyway, I'm really proud that our group has been doing very great for the past few weeks and finally, Miss Annie (lecturer) gave a sweet comment to me! The only problem we have to fix is, overshining our group because the other 2 members, didn't catch up as fast as us. Miss Annie said this last time to us,
"Yoong Sin is always a little softer than the rest, therfore his placement in the team would be best suited in introduction. Nahvin beats Yoong Sin, lost to Donovan in loudness. They seem to be competiting with each other? Vikesh is between Nahvin and Donovan, the more passive one, between the Angel and the Devil (guess who am I la =), putting him in the middle would be suited. Chun Boon, improved and can go with any position because he can control his tune. Then lastly, Donovan, the animater. Over doing it with his gesture and tone of voice. Bringing a tone too high for his member to beat, last would be best. Still, need a lot of controlling to not outshine his passive members."
Don't get me wrong, Miss Annie isn't being kind to me at all. I put a lot of feelings when presenting, overdoing it at times. I just burst out when she finally gave a good comment! =D How I love English! Next and final topic, Recycle. The placing will be as followed, Yoong Sin, Nahvin, Vikesh, Chun Boon and Donovan. Our group plays debating style, to convince and to touch hearts. Yoong Sin is to explain, Nahvin is to give new knowledge, Vikesh is to convince, Chun Boon is to suggest and I'm to inflict fear =D
I hope we can get a full marks in this. I have faith in our group! Thanks for reading, bye =D
Finally had time to watch Shinjuku Incident. It's worth every money and time to watch the show. I can say that this show, watching in Malaysian's Cinema, is not worth anything due to censorship. Bought it when I was looking blindly off Gurney when a guy asked me whether want to buy or not =.=

The show is about this guy called Steelhead, ventures to Japan to find his girlfriend and got caught up in Japan as an illegal. Through that, he struggles through to make his way to live in Japan, facing the Yakuzas and Government to make a decent living. Half way through, he found his girlfriend and blah blah blah.... =D This show is very touching, great but too bad no kung fu in Jackie Chan =( Still, I would rate 10/10 =D
Today I got so bored and just went out of the rain with my bike and headed to Queens. Thought Sophie is there but she cabut early =.= Called Bryan and Kuma to come. Thinking maybe can go for a movie but couldn't make it time because of work. I was wet when I arrived, got myself dried someway or another, went with JY to MacD. That fella keep holding my hands with his wet hands so I will freeze to death =.= I hate the cold.......................................
Anyway, I got info from Sophie about a sales in Queens so I went SHOPPING........... Bought 2 t's and a formal wear because Padini and Geron had a mega sales. Well, found out that Padini always does so it's nothing like a special thing. Just a way to trick the customers............ First time shopping, give me a break..... At least I got a bargain. Finally bought this moving rubber wax which been asking my mum to buy and she always FAILED to buy the right one.......
Then people ask about my day, so I answered them, I got leg cramps because I forgot to wear my pendant, I was nearly going to die because of cold, ate a lot in 30 minutes (Big Mac and Korean Noodles), came to work 5 minutes late (First time luckily) and might have a cold tomorrow. But overall, shopping was nice. Next round going to buy more! At least replace everything in my wardrobe =D
Enjoy =D
YES! Bought my first energy pendant (Yeah, it's won't be the only one), my Godmother brought it for me last night. Tried it even before reading the manual. Slept with it, didn't get any sleep! Then I started reading the manual, darn..... "Because it tends to increase alertness and energy levels, some people may have a hard time falling asleep while wearing the pendant." Still, didn't feel tired at all. Wake up fresh, I guess it really worked. I tried it on a glass of water, that water turns into a mineral water....... Not that I fancy mineral water.... Actually hate mineral water.... Maybe I will try on the coffee =D

Enjoy =D
July 6 2009
Apparently the time was mixed up and I was suppose to be at Jindhu's by 7.30am. The guy suppose take over me in my work, came at 7.10am and I got back at around 7.15am, Eng Wooi was already at my place. Prepared and all, Lye Boon and his brother came then off we go.
Headed to the market to get some bait. Tough time finding a carpark. Then we to End of the World, for our Kerachut trip =D I was kinda excited and that overwhelm me so I don't feel sleepy. Last time I slept was 8pm, the night before. Let's start the time shall we?
Got only some pictures so I don't want to update yet. What I know is, it's fun!
At around 4pm, we took a boat back and head home. It was already 5pm when I reached home. Took a bath, and don't think I slept. I actually made a full day plan. Got home and headed to David's farewell party at Teluk Kumbar. Which actually isn't. He thought it is Teluk Kumbar but it's actually Gertah Sanggung, the furthest you can go. Sophie and her cousin, Queen (I think that is how we pronounce and spell it) came and we had our dinner in a family's friend place (David's).
First course/appetitezer (David made)
Finger foods - It was nice but nothing fancy. I liked the wrapped thing which is nice but some of it is overly salty. The water chestnut covered with bacon was kinda dry, luckily the salsa sauce added favour to it. His mushroom bacon thing was kinda pointless and doesn't match. The cheese ball would be to die for if there is gravy. I would say, most of the food is meat based.
Drinks
I specially liked the drink. Strawberry flavoured ice mixed with 7-up. Give a touchy feeling like drinking a mild flavoured Shirley's Temple.
Main Course
It's like Thanks Giving! 2 whole chicken! The chicken roast was kinda dry even after the gravy was added. Then comes the Cordon Bleu chicken which I liked. Too bad the cheese inside was harden because that's the whole course of what actually is a Cordon Bleu! His Chicken and Chips came but really tasted like Fish and Chips instead. The table was full of the course so I could only remember this.
Side Dish
Of course the main course comes with a side dish. His salad was nice. Vegetable (Can't really remember what) mixed with raisins and dried tomato skins which is a salad, was nice. Then comes the best dish ever (since it was served hot), his soup. Mushroom soup with basil I believe and put with fine gridded pepper. I ate quite much on finger foods so I didn't really eat much.
After that I went back home to park my bike and carpool to Church Street Bar. We went for snow beer! Finally got a chance to taste one =D Talked and play cards, using peanuts for money. Then it was time, headed home. First thing I did was counting the hours I didn't sleep. 29 hours total =( Got so tired, pratically crashed on my bed the moment I entered my room. What a day =D
Enjoy =D
Spooky story =.= Never felt this before. Read on, it's worth it.
It just went like normal, working in the hotel. Talked to the customers and all. Friendly foreigners =D Then it was 1am, the hotel is so empty. I rephrase, VERY EMPTY ON FULL BOOKING. Khan (my partner) told me that we have to close the top floor lounge. So we closed the front door and back door and head to the top floor. Very quiet. Only the sound of the slight wind. Came down, a guy which I talk to, came. Entered the hotel because the door wasn't locked properly. Weird.
After awhile, some guest came back. Chat for awhile, it was already 3 something. I left the front door open so that the guest can come back easily. Then we heard a sound, something in front of the hotel. Open and felt a strong wind. Mighty and I had a feeling. Not only me, Khan had it too. I decided to close it and now Khan said that we have to close every floor's window. I walked faster than Khan so I closed the windows myself on the lower ground. For every window I close, I felt something. Never had this feeling before. Even until now I can still feel it. My vision is kinda lagging. I soon need to wear glasses always.
Now the hotel is empty. Guest probably on inside their rooms, I can only hear sounds of the water fountain and random noises outside. There is a strong yet cold wind. Plus with this air condition, it's chilly. I don't know why I have this feeling again. Even when I was surfing the net, I can feel that I'm being watched. By people with attention to rob or something, I don't know. My back began to hurt and I couldn't just rest and get rid of the feeling. Took a sip of my coffee, may be my last coffee for the night.
It's like the feeling when I watched Drag Me To Hell. For 2 months I been working, never had this feeling. My upper body has no feeling but my legs is shaking. From the cold, may be. I also noticed that the place is darker than usual. Then Khan woke up, he felt it too. He said that people sometime saw 'it' in the front counter. Khan heard a sound later and open the back door. I came and apparently I heard it too. Like birds flapping on the metal roof. Birds at 4am? We kept on hearing and suddenly the sound just went aggressively. Time to time, we can hear like someone knocking on the front door or driving in front the hotel. The fact is, nobody is there and there is no car parked outside.
Great, ruin my beautiful Sunday. Suppose to go hiking and dinner with a friend. Cannot sleep now because we are freaking hearing door sounds! Annoying. Wind, cannot be because we lock the door shut and even stand next to it just to hear. No sound but when we go away to the sofa, can hear. CILAKA! I here hearing noises, Khan trying to take a nap, and still we can hear the noise. Woke up Khan several times already.
Enjoy =D
Guess what? I got a new dog! In the morning, I woke up, read newspaper before college. Gwen woke me up so I head to the living room and read the paper. Then I noticed, a brown fox in the house compound....... What the? A fox!? I quickly went "Wei Gwen, got a fox in our house la!". My sis told me it's a dog and it's probably half chihuahua judging from it's body and tail. That dog is so cute! Obedient and all too. Head to college, then got home. I found out that this dog apparently followed my small sis back home. It's probably left apart with it's owner and surely not a stray. It's well trained actually.
Mum asked to choose between Cloe or Foxy (excluding Smelly). Guess what I chose? I chose Foxy! Because I know my mum love Cloe so Cloe will surely stay. Then my mum just sigh and MUAHAHAHA! My new family, Foxy, male dog. Cloe actually got jealous and tried to disturb Foxy but Foxy just gave a soft bark to scare Cloe away. And Foxy is very nice too. He will jump on the sofa and sleep beside anyone. I love dogs. I still miss Helicopter too.
Let's count how many dogs my house had........ Around 11 dogs I known since I was born that lived in my house. Most of them were either adopted out or pass away old age. But according to my aunt, only 1 dog, which is the smartest among all, died for drinking soap water. So, records, no dogs died before due to cruelty or lag of attention! Though a lot of rabbits, hamsters and turtles died =( Rabbits died because of cats, hamsters died because probably killed themselves although 1 died of old age, turtles all pronounce dead because all ran away!
Haix... Enjoy your day because you know that tomorrow probably would be the worst day of your life.
